Panel Fence
Panel fence is a rigid, V-bend fence panel produced by spot-welding galvanized wires on fully automatic machines. At Konakoğulları, we have been manufacturing panel fence at our facility in Aksaray Organized Industrial Zone since 1972.
What Is Panel Fence?
Panel fence is also known as corrugated welded fence, 3D fence or panel wire fence. The "V"-shaped bends in the panel add extra rigidity, so the product stays lightweight yet durable.
Suitable metal thicknesses are used in the panels and connection posts to resist corrosion. The wires are first galvanized, then coated with a weather-resistant polyester-based paint using an electrostatic oven-baking system. This gives the panel a long service life against rust and colour fading. The standard colour code is RAL 6005 (green).
Panel fence is preferred for its decorative, modern appearance, high strength and long-term resistance to outdoor conditions. Our products are packaged and delivered on pallets.

- Wire thicknesses: 4 mm, 4.30 mm, 4.50 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm
- Mesh size: 6×15 cm; a 5×15 cm option is also available for 5 mm and 6 mm wire thickness
- Panel length: 2000 – 2500 mm
- Heights: 50, 75, 100, 120, 150 and 200 cm; every wire thickness is produced in all of these heights
- Colour: RAL 6005
Connection hardware
- Clip: made from UV-resistant polyamide material.
- Cap: made from UV-resistant polyamide material.
- Steel anchor: 10×70 mm, used to fix the posts, unaffected by vibration and zinc-coated against rust.
Panel Fence Types

Galvanized panel fence
Hot-dip galvanized wires provide long-term resistance to rust. With its unpainted galvanized look, it is preferred as a garden fence in industrial areas and harsh weather conditions.
Welded mesh panel fence (spot-welded panel)
Made from spot-welded mesh wires; it is the most common solution for enclosing gardens and residential compounds and can be produced with different mesh sizes.
PVC-coated green panel fence
Electrostatic powder coating is applied over the galvanized wire. With colour options led by RAL 6005 green, it blends in with landscaped areas.
3D panel fence
The bend channels on the panel surface add extra rigidity and resist deformation on wide spans and tall panels.

How Is Panel Fence Length Calculated?
When requesting a quote, the first thing we need is the length of the line to be enclosed. For a rough calculation:
- Number of panels: line length ÷ panel length (2000 or 2500 mm). Fractions are rounded up to the next full panel.
- Number of posts: one more than the number of panels on a straight line. Every corner and gate opening is counted separately.
- Connection hardware: clips per panel, a cap for each post; a steel anchor (10×70 mm) per post for concrete ground or wall-top installation.
The ground determines the post type: a concrete post is often preferred on soil ground, while posts are fixed with anchors on concrete ground and wall tops.
