Barbed wire
Barbed wire is a material that is different from the iron and steel industry products we mentioned and has a different usage area. By definition, it is a wire consisting of sharp-edged metal strips whose purpose is to prevent people from passing through gardens, fields and similar areas.
It is a tool used to determine the boundaries of a place. It is strengthened by twisting and wrapping two separate straight wires together. The wire is described as barbed because of the sharp protrusions formed by wrapping and twisting an additional wire onto this pair of wires at certain intervals. Some of the reasons why it is preferred are its functionality and economy.
